MB TEMECULA COVID-19 SCAM FRAUD - TEMPERING - CHEATING-
TORMENTING - ELDERLY ABUSE - HARASSING
Servicing your car can be a very stressful and costly if you deal with an dishonest and unscrupulous like Sam Lafoca from Mercedes Benz of Temecula, who took an advantage of a 76- years old men by tempering with Sprinter and fabricating repairs for about $10,000 in the span of one year only, 2020/2021.
MERCEDES BENZ OF TEMECULA FRAUD
1. Unauthorized exhaust repair on my Sprinter 2015 on August 19, 2020, Fraud. They charged
me $3,842.00; they said I would get a refund under recall, then that they could not
process the recall yet, and I’m waiting 3 years for a refund. They refused to provide a list of
built-in parts.
2. Two exhaust code repairs right before the exhaust repair, fraudulent preparation for
fabricating the repair on August 19, 2020, FRAUD. They charged me $600.00.
4. An authorized warranty repair, MB refuses to provide an invoice and the warranty’s copy.
5. Missing changing fluids in the transmission and the differential, negligence or intentional
preparation for future major repairs.
6. Unauthorized adding fluid to window washer and charging for it.
7. The charge for replacing a small bulb $200.00, the previous cost was $15.00.
8. Charging $200.00 for a test drive after adding DEFT.
All fraudulent activities are the subject of an investigation by authorities and a civil case against Mercedes Benz of Temecula. This is called conspiracy to commit fraud and fraud and is subject to criminal investigation by DA and FBI. If convicted, they can go to jail.

I moved servicing my Sprinter 2021 to MB of Carlsbad, professional and honest service. The other Sprinter 2015 now with my old mechanic I used when I lived in Orange County, LAGUNA WOODS AUTU REPAIR 949-588-8079.
I prefer to drive an extra 25 miles to get professional, honest service, and at half of the price that MB of Temecula charges.

SAM LAFOCA’S DIRTY TRICKS
1. Sprinter 2015 has a small light at the front fender. I asked Sam to replace
the bulb, the nickel size, and he charged me $200.00. Shortly before then
he charged me $15.00. For my complaint, he said, "Sorry, Stan,
everything got more expensive because of this COVID-19".
2. He missed replacing transmission and differential fluid. The transmission
started slipping, and the differential started making noise. To repair them
now it would cost me about $5,000.00. A negligence or an intentional doing
to fabricate expensive repairs later
3. I never asked Lafoca for a window washer refill; he did it anyway and
charged $200.00 for it each time.
4. He created engine noise by putting something into the fan and letting me
drive for over 10,000 miles. When I complained, he said, "It happens to
engines when they get older." He was preparing the van for the engine
repair. I said, "Fix this noise, or I will file a complaint." He took the van to
the shop, and when he brought it back, the noise disappeared, miraculously.
5. Now, I'm not sure if he replaced parts in the exhaust repair (fraudulent), and in
the warranty repair (also fraudulent). I asked MB of Temecula three times for the
lists of the parts they installed but they never responded. Interesting???
6. Lafoca did a fraudulent exhaust repair and charged me $3,842.00. On
09.01.2023, the exhaust stopped working with the same symptoms, and my
Sprinter got stranded again. Now, I must file a claim under the recall warranty to
get it running.
The investigation by the DA and FBI and a civil lawsuit will clarify everything.
Thanks to Lafoca's disservice, I must repair the transmission, differential, and exhaust system for about $9,000.00.
