1. Sprinter 2015 has a small light at the front fender. I asked Sam to replacethe bulb, the nickel size, and he charged me $200.00. Shortly
before then he charged me $15.00-$20.00. For my complaint, he said, "Sorry, Stan, everything got more expensive because of this

TORMENTING, HARRASMENT, ELDERLY ABUSE, CAUSING MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DISTRESS, FABRICATING REPAIRS, FRAUD
1. I have MB Sprinter Van 2015. When COVID-2019 started taking toll on businesses in 2020, my van was still under warranty and I hadn’t had any problems with it, no repairs were necessary, only regular maintenance. But suddenly my van started breaking down and it looked like it got infected with Covid-2019. Mercedes Benz of Temecula started losing revenues and needed to do something about it. They got a great idea and started fabricating repairs. In 2020 they fabricated repairs on my van for more than $10,00.00. And this is how they screwed me up.
2. They did a warranty repair for about $4,000.00 without my consent and they didn’t provide any paperwork. I asked for it and a list of built in parts, but they never provided it. FABRICATED REPAIR!!!
3. Then, they created a malfunction in the exhaust system code which shut down the engine because of the wrong code they put in and charged me for resetting the code $200.00. After a couple of days, it happened
the same, and they charged me again $200.00 for fixing their mistake and $200 extra for a test drive to check if the code worked ok.
4. Then they suggested fixing the problem with the exhaust system they created with a major exhaust system repair for which they charged me close to $4,000.00.
5. They collected almost $4,000.00 for fixing the exhaust system under the recall from the manufacturer and were supposed to refund me almost $4,000.00 for the repair, but never did it.
6. The air conditioning stopped working, so I asked them to repair it, but they only added freon, 5 min work for $200, better than lots of dirty work for $500 to repair the AC.
7. I had a noise coming from the engine compartment and asked them to take care of this, but they never did it, letting me drive for more than 15,000 miles with the noise. I threatened them with a complaint, and they miraculously eliminated the noise on the spot.
8. Finally, I realized that they never advised me about changing fluids in the transmission and the differential for more than 120,000 miles. At that moment, my eyes opened, and I stopped using their service.
9. They made two major repairs to compensate for the loss of their income because of COVID-19 and were preparing my van for another three major repairs: engine, transmission, and differential. In addition, they
charged me 2 x $200 for resetting the code, $200 for test driving?
10.Was I a single person screwed up by Mercedes Benz of Temecula? A few questions: Did other advisors from MB Temecula did the same as my advisor? Did this cancerous scam stay within MB Temecula walls, or did it spread out to other car dealerships? Are they continuing scamming customers now since the bad habits are difficult to eradicate? We will get all answers after the federal and state investigation.

12. I stopped using MB Temecula and drovee more than 60,000 without any repairs since then, except another exhaust system malfunction. My van stopped working because of this and I had to go to another dealer. The dirty trick they used was just disabled dashboard notification to add DEF and the engine didn’t start. WHAT A DIRTY TRICK!!! TAKE A NOTE OF THIS!!!
I distribute this flier around Riverside County and put them on Mercedes brand cars, SUVs, and vans, on windshields, so the owners can easily see it pick it up and read it.
Since I stopped using MB Temecula, I’ve been using Laguna Woods Auto Repair; they serviced my other vans for 15 years when I lived in Orange County. It’s a half of MB Temecula's price, and no complaint. Phone
