Mercedes Benz of Temecula Fraud

Here is a list of what happened to me and what might happen to you if you service your car at Mercedes-Benz of Temecula. I have two Sprinters, one 2015 and the other 2021, which are still under extended warranty. I quit servicing my Sprinters with MB of Temecula and service my 2021 at MB of Carlsbad and have no problems with them. Sprinter 2015, I service with Laguna Auto Repair 949-.588-8079. I've known them for 25 years since I lived in Orange County, and it's the best service you can find in California.

Mercedes Benz of Temecula is the worst dealer I've ever worked with. They are dishonest, crooked, and fraudulent, and Lafoca is the worst service advisor I've ever known.

Gurtn Blumenthal, the owner of Mercedes Benz of Temecula, is responsible for and complicit in all of Lafoca's dirty tricks.

LAFOCA'S DIRTY TRICKS

1. He performed the warranty repair worth almost $4,000.00 without my knowledge, even though there was nothing wrong with my Sprinter 2015. Then, he refused to provide the invoice. He can do this to you, too.

2. He manipulated the DEF computer code so it didn't let my van start to create a need for a major exhaust system repair, worth about $4,000.00. He can do this to you, too.

​

3. He missed twice changing fluids in transmission and differential to fabricate future major repairs. He can do this to you, too.

​

4. He created a noise in the engine compartment to fabricate a necessity of a major engine repair. He can do this to you, too.

​

5. He can charge you $200.00 to add washer fluid even if you don't ask for the Refill. He did it to me. He can do it to you, too.

IF YOU SERVICE YOUR CAR OR VAN IN BY MERCEDES BENZ OF TEMECULA MAKE SURE YOU GET A WRITTEN ESTIMATE AND SIGN IT BEFORE STARTING THE SERVICE. OTHERWISE, THEY CAN CHARGE YOU WHATEVER THEY WANT, AND YOU HAVE TO PAY IT. OTHERWISE, YOU WON'T GET YOUR CAR FROM THE SHOP. THEY DID IT TO ME, THEY CAN DO IT TO YOU, TOO.
