Penal Code § 115 PC makes it a crime knowingly to file, register, or record a false or forged document in any public office within the state. Doing so is a felony punishable by up to three years in jail or prison.
Blumenthal Temecula LLC dba Mercedes Benz of Temecula filed a court paper against Stanislaw Ziolkowski under this name, which is false and faked and doesn’t exist in public records. 1. I have an MB Sprinter Van 2015. When COVID-2019 started taking a toll on businesses in 2020, my van was still under warranty, and I had no problems with it; no repairs were necessary, only regular maintenance. Suddenly, my van started breaking down, and it looked like it had been infected with Covid-2019. Mercedes Benz of Temecula started losing revenues and needed to do something about it. They got a great idea and started fabricating repairs. In 2020, they fabricated repairs on my van for over $10,00.00. And this is how they screwed me up.
2. Sam Lafoca performed a warranty repair for about $4,000.00 without my consent and didn’t provide any paperwork. I asked for it and a list of built-in parts, but they never provided them. FABRICATED REPAIR!!!
3. Then, he created a malfunction in the exhaust system code, which shut down the engine because of the wrong code they put in, and charged me for resetting the code for $200.00. After a couple of days, it happened the same, and they charged me again $200.00 for fixing their mistake and $200 extra for a test drive to check if the code worked ok.
4. Then Lafoca suggested fixing the problem with the exhaust system they created with a major exhaust system repair, for which they charged me close to $4,000.00.
5. Then, he collected almost $4,000.00 for fixing the exhaust system under the manufacturer's recall and was supposed to refund me almost $4,000.00 for the repair, but he never did it.
6. The air conditioning stopped working, so I asked him to repair it, but they only added freon. Five minutes of work for $200 is better than lots of dirty work for $500 to repair the AC.
7. I had a noise coming from the engine compartment and asked him to take care of it, but they never did, letting me drive for more than 15,000 miles with the noise. I threatened them with a complaint, and they miraculously eliminated the noise.
8. Finally, I realized that he had never advised me to change the fluids in the transmission and differential for more than 120,000 miles. At that moment, my eyes opened, and I stopped using their service.
9. Sam Lafoca made two major repairs to compensate for the loss of their income because of COVID-19 and was preparing my van for another three major repairs: engine, transmission, and differential. In addition, they charged me 2 x $200 for resetting the code and $200 for test driving.
10. Was I a single person screwed up by Mercedes Benz of Temecula? A few questions: Did other advisors from MB Temecula do the same as my advisor? Did this cancerous scam stay within MB Temecula walls, or did it spread out to other car dealerships? Are they continuing to scam customers since bad habits are difficult to eradicate? We will get all answers after the federal and state investigations.

12. I stopped using MB Temecula and have driven more than 60,000 miles without any repairs, except for another malfunction of the exhaust system. My van stopped working because of this, and I had to go to another dealer. The dirty trick they used was just disabling the dashboard notification to add DEF, and the engine didn’t start. WHAT A DIRTY TRICK!!! TAKE A NOTE OF THIS!!! WHAT KIND OF GEEDY AND UNSCRUPULOUS PEOPLE ARE THEY!!! THEY CHARGED ME ALMOST $4,000.00 FOR FIXING EXHAUST SYSTEM, THEN COLLECTED FROM THE MANUFACTURER THE SAME AMOUNT, AND THEN THEY SET A WRONG CODE TO FABRICATE ANOTHER EXHAUST SYSTEM BRAKE DOWN BY SETTING THE WRONG CODE.
BE AWARE OF THIS DIRTY DEF’S CODE SCAM!!! THEY DID IT ME, SO THEY DID IT TO OTHERS. THEY DID IT TO ME, THEY WILL DO IT TO YOU!!!

I recently ordered copies of invoices for repairs you din on my MB Sprinter 2015, and unfortunately there are a few missing.

The invoice for a major repair for about $3,500.00 done during the peak of Covid-19, shortly before the warranty foe 120,000 miles expired. I ask you to provide it together with a list of parts you built in for this repair, with original manufacturer’s number.

The invoices for two repairs of exhaust/DEFT coding, you did shortly before the major repair of exhaust system, the repair was for more than $4,000.00. I need a list of parts you used for this repair with original manufacturer’s numbers.

A copy of a letter or email of a notification about a recall for MB Sprinter for exhaust system.
Please produce these docs as soon as possible and mail them to my address.

COSTCO IN TEMECULA VIOLATES MY 1ST AMENDMENT RIGHT
COSTCO in Temecula ordered his employees to remove my fliers. I put fliers on the car's windshield, and they followed me and removed them. There is no sign prohibiting solicitation; they allow others to solicit with different marketing materials. Does Costco's CEO, Craig Jelinek, know about it?
IT LOOKS TO ME THAT MERCEDES OF TEMECULA BRIBED SOME PERSONNEL FROM COSTCO IN TEMECULA.
It doesn't matter to me. I can still deliver as many fliers as I want, and MB of Temecula can't bribe all property management in Riverside County. The problem for Costco management is that they DO supervise to COSTCO CUSTOMERS whose own vehicles of merchandise brand will end up with a lawsuit for discrimination, harassment, and violating my civil rights.
